The left wants to abolish the police … but the black community disagrees.

Ami Horowitz put together another excellent video where he contrasts the radical individuals who want to abolish the police and compares their ideals with black individuals who live in Harlem, a traditionally black neighborhood in New York.

The results may surprise you.

The people of the Leftist East Village the people living in Harlem had different opinions on abolishing the police.

The radical leftists hated the police and wanted them gone like the good Democrat comrades that they are.  The people of Harlem are grateful for the police and recognize without the police it would be mayhem.

Headed to The Markets

Stock futures rose on Thursday night following a mixed session in which coronavirus concerns pushed investors further into tech shares.

Dow Jones Industrial Average futures were up 81 points, or 0.3%. S&P 500 and Nasdaq-100 futures traded higher by 0.3% and 0.2%, respectively.

The Nasdaq Composite closed at an all-time high during regular trading as Amazon jumped 3% to a record. Microsoft, Apple and Netflix were also higher.

But the rest of the market struggled. The Dow dropped more than 300 points, erasing its week-to-date gains. The S&P 500 dipped 0.6%.

“It was a relatively quiet session, yet a roller coaster ride nonetheless,” said Frank Cappelleri, executive director at Instinet, in a note to clients. He also pointed out the S&P 500 fell 2% from its session high to its low of the day before regaining some of those losses. “Overall, breadth was quite negative, though … the SPX’s five biggest stocks advanced” but 392 stocks in the index all declined.

This divergence between tech and the rest of the market came as coronavirus-related hospitalizations hit a record in Florida. In California, the state’s daily average increase of coronavirus cases went up to a record as well.

What’s Trump Up To?

Joe Biden’s campaign handlers aren’t making much sense to former “Cheers” star Kirstie Alley.

Biden Leads Trump By 16 Points in Michigan, Close in Iowa, AR

“It’s pretty sad that Dems don’t want Biden to Debate Trump,” Alley wrote on Twitter on Wednesday.

“It’s like saying ‘we know he can’t hold his own in a debate with Trump but could hold his own with world leaders and making monumental decisions for this country.’”

The Trump team has been critical of the Biden camp for having their candidate make minimal campaign appearances – allegedly in hopes of shielding the gaffe-prone Biden.

In June, the Trump team pointed to a video showing former Democratic National Committee Chairman Terry McAuliffe saying Biden was “fine in the basement.”

“Two people see him a day, his two body people. That’s it,” McAuliffe said of Biden. “Let Trump keep doing what Trump’s doing.”

Meanwhile, Alley also responded to Twitter commenters who reacted to her pro-Trump posts.

“What are you smoking?” one Biden fan wrote to Alley. “Biden can run circles around DJT. Delusional.”

“Let’s see it,” Alley responded. “I like a good spar.”

This is Interesting

A mother is thanking a New York police officer who jumped into a backyard pool and saved her 4-year-old daughter from drowning.

Clarkstown Police Chief Reacts to Grand Jury Finding of ...

Carly Shaffer of Rockland County says her daughter Ella would have drowned if not for the quick actions of Paul Munding, a member of the Clarkstown Police Department.

Munding was off-duty when he rescued Ella over the weekend at a house where a birthday party was taking place.

“My heart was in my stomach as I was running to her, watching her bob up and down in the water, choking,” Shaffer wrote on Facebook.

“A man I briefly met, five minutes prior had made it to her first. She was taking in water and surely would have drowned,” she said. “He dove in, fully dressed, shoes and all, over the side of the pool for a kid he didn’t even know. A kid he’s not related to. A kid he’s never met. He saved my kid’s life.”
